Mickey Croce Principal, Director of Finance

Mr. Croce is a Principal, Director of Finance of Madryn Asset Management, LP. Mr. Croce actively supports the Firm’s investment portfolio as well as assists with all aspects of financial reporting, fundraising, and investor relations.

Prior to Madryn, Mr. Croce was a Senior Associate at Innovation Endeavors, a venture capital firm, where he was responsible for the operations and accounting pertaining to a portfolio of technology and healthcare investments. Prior to Innovation Endeavors, Mr. Croce was a Senior Associate at KPMG in the NY Financial Services practice. At KPMG, he focused primarily on alternative investment funds and valuation of hard-to-value securities in the healthcare space. Prior to working at KPMG, Mr. Croce was an Advisory Associate at PwC in the Risk Advisory Practice. At PwC, he assisted companies in developing strategies to reduce business, enterprise, and regulatory risk.

Mr. Croce graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. in Finance and graduated with honors from the University of Rochester with a M.S. in Accountancy. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Massachusetts.
