Dialyze Direct has repurposed the home dialysis technology of NxStage, with enhanced and proprietary protocols that are better suited to the special needs of geriatric patients with multiple co-morbid conditions. This unique in-facility home dialysis care model better addresses the complex needs of these geriatric patients, resulting in improved health outcomes, greater cost savings, and operational improvements for all key healthcare stakeholders.
